Studios

PS1 has private studios available for rent at both our Northside and Close House locations.

At the Northside (229 N Gilbert) there are four spaces. One is available regularly to local artists through the Free Studio Residency. The other three are rentals, and include 24/7 access, wifi, and a shared sink.

At the Close House (538 S Gilbert) there are five spaces which include 24/7 access, wifi, and a shared kitchnette.
