Maximum 4 overnight guests.
No pets (except service animals, please notify us in advance)/
No smoking or vaping inside the building.
Visitors are welcome, but no house parties, please. You are responsible for the conduct of your visitors.
Check-in 4pm and after // check-out by 11am.
We expect there to be normal wear and tear on the apartment. In the case of any major issues: broken or stolen items occurring during the stay will be the full financial responsibility of the guest. Any special clean-up resulting in damages caused by the guest will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of making the reservation.
Each guest receives a custom keypad code in order to enter the building (the apartment itself uses a traditional metal key). Please do not share your code or key with anyone except the guests listed on the reservation. Please close all windows before leaving the apartment and lock the building door after you when you leave the building.
Refund policy: 100% refund up to 7 days before arrival. 75% refund 2-6 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
Guests are responsible for washing any dishes used during their stay. Other cleaning including laundry
Access to the roof is not permitted.
Please be respectful of the building’s other users when passing through the hallways -- there may be meetings, yoga classes, or other quiet happenings.
