We have two spaces at PS1’s Close House that are available for meetings, retreats, workshops, and other gatherings. Host your event in a beautiful historic building while supporting PS1’s community mission!

Rates are available on a sliding scale from $50-$500.

Close House Main Hall

• 600 sq. ft. (50 max. seated)
• painted wood floor
• small elevated stage
• 13 ft. ceiling
• optional overflow space
• ramp access via east entrance

Close House Dance Hall

• 480 sq. ft.
• hardwood floor
• access via stairs only

Cloud House garage space

• 480 sq. ft.
• concrete floor
• portable ramp access
*no restroom in this building (access to Close House restrooms across the parking lot)

We can provide:
• chairs & folding tables
• access to kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, microwave)
• technology including digital projectors and a PA system and event staffing (additional fee applies)
