InterPlay is a global social movement using storytelling, movement, and our voices for self-expression and community-building. There are no wrong ways to do InterPlay. InterPlay is designed to be affirming (noticing the good, naming the good) and nonjudgmental. One of the tools or foundational ideas of InterPlay is inner authority.

Our inner authority is the accumulated wisdom that we've developed from our life experiences. In this session we'll explore inner authority through storytelling and movement. Donations kindly requested: $10-20, no one turned away if you cannot donate.
