with Clare Kinkaid
Sundays March 2, 9, & 23, 5-7pm
at the Cloud House at PS1 Close (538 S. Gilbert)
pay-what-you-can: $20-$120
Participants will plan around what is available, make connections with people ‘artist to artist’ rather than ‘director to actor’, explore the inherently exploitative aspects of cameras and a male dominated industry, play with editing, explore narrative expression, discuss the importance of experimental voices in future history and the ever changing social context of storytelling & of course, make our own videos start to finish!
Registration deadline: February 28
open to ages 14+
*PS1 workshops are pay-what-you-can thanks to support from Hills Bank and individual donors. $111 is the true cost of the workshop. We encourage participants to select the cost that they can afford. If you have a higher income or access to resources, pay a little extra to support future sliding-scale fees.
