TEACHING ARTIST

Alejandra (Ale) Alvarez is an Artist, Designer and Artisan from Colombia currently based in Iowa City. Her multidisciplinary background provides a holistic approach where matter, form, text and context are explored. She seeks to engage and spark the curiosity of the beholder, leading from contemplation to conversation.
