Restorative yoga emphasizes quiet, stillness, and rest. In this 90 minute class, we will begin with gentle movement done entirely from the floor, and move into 5-6 restorative postures. Expect to spend 5-20 minutes in each pose, fully supported on the floor with yoga props. Restorative yoga can benefit anyone, especially if you struggle with chronic stress, fatigue, or sleep problems, or if you're recovering from injury or illness.
