Zaria James - she/her - is a Yoga Meditation & Dharma Teacher in the Himalayan Tradition and a Trauma Informed Practitioner of Āyurvedic Yoga Therapy and Sound Healing. A student of anti-oppressive paradigms, social movements and a community organizer at heart, Zaria seeks to find ways yogic living and practice can aid in the alleviation of suffering and improve social and environmental cohesion.
