Are you a PS1 member? We invite you to contribute a sonic offering on the basis of Mushrooms, Mycology, and Fungi.
It’s member month at Public Space One, and we are putting together a mushroom-themed digital mixtape, and we want your contribution!
Much like Mycelium, PS1 members permeate our community creating an amazing, powerful superstructure of support! We’re inviting PS1 members to submit a 1–3 minute original audio recording inspired by mushrooms in any way you can imagine. Your submission could be:
- A song or piece of music - A poem, story, or spoken-word piece - A field recording of mushrooms etc.
Or anything else you can imagine that can be captured in audio format!
There are no rules for what “mushroom-related” means. Be literal, metaphorical, scientific, psychedelic, ecological, microscopic, folkloric etc.
Submission guidelines
1–3 minutes in length
Audio file in MP3 format or WAV Format
Must somehow be related to the theme of mushrooms
You must be a Public Space One member (not a member yet? join here!)
We’ll compile the submissions into one big Mushroom Mixtape and share it with PS1 members at the end of the membership drive.
