Clothing: Dressing comfortably and for across styles/genres is highly recommended for Social Dance. Thus, wearing clothing that provides easy mobility for the entire body will ease a full range of movements required in the activities. Appropriate attire includes social and/or dance wear that people can perform comfortably and does not distract from moving, it should be form fitting and basic.

Shoes:  Specific footwear is the ideal kind for social dance activities; thus, Ballroom dance shoes are highly preferable and  recommended. Other options with non-stick sole such as, jazz, tennis or character shoes with low floor adherence are also acceptable.
